Felix Santa Rosa Coffees is located in the Chapada region of Minas Gerais, in the northern part of the state. Some factors such as abundant sunlight, adequate temperatures and low incidence of pests and diseases make this area ideal for the production of specialty coffees.

Traceability

Traceability is a current activity and part of the farm’s day to day operations. It includes the close monitoring of all stages of coffee production such as crop handling, fertilization, harvesting, processing, drying, storage and preparation for exports, accompanied by a detailed record of the entire process.

Sustainability

Felix Santa Rosa Coffees is certified by UTZ, producing its coffees according to international sustainability standards. The company values individuals and offers its collaborators a complete structure that includes access to education, health assistance, housing and leisure.
The sustainability project at Felix Santa Rosa Coffees also includes the preservation of native forest and ciliary vegetation, investments in tanks that capture rainwater, and programs focused on recycling and selective waste collection.
